10:30am Arrival for 11.00am Memorial Ceremony
Brigid’s Celebration of Life will be held in the familiar surrounds of the bowling club where she enjoyed many evenings of music and friendship.
Together as Brigid’s community: Following the ceremony, Brigid’s family warmly invite you to stay, share stories, and celebrate her life over light refreshments until 2.30pm.
Following on from the bowlo, Olivia and Giordana welcome you to join them at Brigid’s home, to be amongst Brigid’s warm space and wander her treasured garden. Olivia and Giordana ask you take a small keepsake to remind you of your vibrant friend. Brigid’s home is just around the corner - 15 Old Cove Road, Woodford.
Bring a memory: What is your favourite memory of Brigid? A memory book will be available on the day, and we would love you to contribute a story or reflection for Brigid’s family to cherish.
Dress: With colour and style.
Live Stream: For those unable to attend in person, the ceremony will be live streamed. A recording will also become available for those in other timezones.
In lieu of flowers: We welcome you to donate to A Forest of Goodwill to help secure the land beneath Woodfordia and protect it forever or to the Aboriginal Centre for Performing Arts, investing in the next generation of First Nations artists.
