10:30am arrival for 11.00am ceremony, followed by refreshments.

We will gather amongst the community garden of Camperdown Commons. A fitting location for a man who loved tending to his plants.

Bring a memory: What is your favourite memory of Paul? A memory book will be available on the day, and we would love you to contribute a story or reflection for Paul’s family.

Getting there: Please be mindful that parking is limited in the surrounding area so we encourage you to plan ahead.

In lieu of flowers, we welcome you to donate to Transplant Australia.

Sue’s Celebration of Life will be held in the picturesque surrounds of Sergeants Mess in Mosman.

Together as Sue’s community: Following the ceremony, Sue’s family warmly invite you to stay, share stories, and celebrate her life over light refreshments until 2pm.

In lieu of flowers, we welcome you to donate to the HammondCare Foundation.

HammondCare provided remarkable support during Sue’s recovery after her hospital stay, enabling her to spend precious time with family and friends, and to form new friendships at Greenwich Place.

Brigid’s Celebration of Life will be held in the familiar surrounds of the bowling club where she enjoyed many evenings of music and friendship.

Together as Brigid’s community: Following the ceremony, Brigid’s family warmly invite you to stay, share stories, and celebrate her life over light refreshments until 2.30pm.

Following on from the bowlo, Olivia and Giordana welcome you to join them at Brigid’s home, to be amongst Brigid’s warm space and wander her treasured garden. Olivia and Giordana ask you take a small keepsake to remind you of your vibrant friend. Brigid’s home is just around the corner - 15 Old Cove Road, Woodford.

Please join us at Michael’s Party (self-titled) to honour our comrade and celebrate Mike’s remarkable life.

Wednesday 8th April, 2026

Redfern Community Centre Performance Space

10:30am Arrival for 11:00am Ceremony

Michael Holland Comrade March: Following on from the ceremony, we’ll march together down Hugo St (approx. 200m). Michael wanted to lead the May Day march this year. We’ll create our own march in his honour. There’ll be a banner to lead the procession. Please feel free to make your own sign or placard. It might include a photo, a memory, a message for Mike, a quote or a slogan. We’ll also have some blank placards and signs you can write on at Redfern Community Centre on the day.  

Party at the Eveleigh: The March will conclude at the Eveleigh Hotel, where we will continue sharing stories, enjoy some music, have a nibble and drinks until 2pm.  The Eveleigh Hotel is at 158 Abercrombie Street, Redfern.

Dress: Come as you. We welcome colour and comfortable shoes. As we will be marching outdoors, if there is a chance of rain, be sure to bring your rain gear.

In Lieu of Flowers: We welcome you to donate to Chris O’Brien Lifehouse, who provided incredible care in the final month.
